This depends on the local authorities in each region. In many regions only the arrival time of the guest is needed for contact tracing. In this case, the guest only needs to send the registration form in order to communicate his arrival time.
In other regions, local authorities require the guest to additionally announce his/her checkout. This checkout function is activated per region.
